Speaking to Access Hollywood’s Scott Evans and Zuri Hall backstage, the White Lotus star was asked by Scott, “What’s the ultimate dream role for you now? If anything could happen what would it be?"And with no hesitation, Coolidge, 61, replied with a smile, “I’ve always wanted to play a dolphin.”
Zuri took a moment to clarify: “You mean like an animated feature?” Scott asked, “Like ‘Flipper’?” The Watcher star responds simply: “Like ‘Flipper’, yeah. This clip got the attention of Don't Worry Darling director and actress Olivia Wilde, who stated that she "will make it happen" on her Instagram Stories while sharing the clip. Wilde posted again on her Stories yesterday with a screenshot of Access Hollywood's article, writing: "Finally some accurate press!"

As we earlier reported, Coolidge said "there were so many benefits to doing" the American Pie movie, playing the role of Stifler’s mom. “I got a lot of play of being a MILF and I got a lot of sexual action from American Pie,” she said in an interview with Variety. “I mean there would be, like, 200 people that I would have never slept with.”
On Tuesday night's Golden Globes, Coolidge joked about the American Pie franchise, commenting on the sequels that she “milked that to the bone,” but if they’re still going for #6 and 7, “whatever they want, you know?”
Coolidge will next be seen in the upcoming Prime Video film Shotgun Wedding alongside Jennifer Lopez and Josh Duhamel. Lopez and Duhamel play a couple who have to save the day when criminals take guests at their destination wedding hostage. The trailer opens with Coolidge, who plays the mother of Josh Duhamel’s character, Tom, singing Edwin McCain’s hit “I’ll Be” and flashes to another scene of her speaking with Lopez's character, Darcy. “I’ve been looking forward to this moment ever since baby Tommy was cut out of my abdomen,” she says, as wedding preparations get underway.
Shotgun Wedding also stars Lenny Kravitz, Sônia Braga and D’Arcy Carden. The movie will be available to stream beginning January 27 on Prime Video. Watch the trailer below:
2023 Golden Globes Red Carpet Looks: Worst to Best
Kicking off the year's first big red carpet event is the 2023 Golden Globes. The stars put their best feet forward when showing up at the Beverly Hilton Tuesday (January 10) evening. There were more pregnant women than we expected, but they all dressed for two in the best of ways. Take a look below at the best looks of the night, ranked worst to best:
Hilary Swank

Hilary Swank's dress may be simple, but we are loving the deep green hue and black trails.
Jean Smart

The 'Hacks' star stayed chic in this black wrap gown, with satin and velvet finishes.
Eddie Redmayne

The 'Good Nurse' actor paired his deep-hued tux with a giant rose, giving it a refreshing pop.
Sebastian Stan

Stan looks so sharp and intense in this simple black velvet suit.
Ana de Armas

The 'Blonde' star wore a patterned, sleek black gown at the event. She stuck to a more structured cut, making her look very classy.
Kaley Cuoco

The 'Flight Attendant' star stuck with a dainty lilac color to show off her softer side, and contrast her dark brown locks.
Anya Taylor-Joy

Though this isn't our favorite look of hers, Anya never fails on the red carpet.
Milly Alcock

The 'House of the Dragon' actress also showed her punk side.
Colman Domingo

Colman's beaded suit offers that little bit of sparkle and pizzazz to a suit that we love.
Adam Scott

Adam Scott: we don't think of him being fashionable. But this emerald suit has really impressed us!
Angela Bassett

The 'Wakanda Forever' star shined bright like a diamond in this dazzling silver dress, and later won a Globe!
Jamie Lee Curtis

Curtis showed off her legend status with this awesome lace cape fit for a scream queen.
Emma D’Arcy

The 'House of the Dragon' star kept their edginess on the red carpet, matching their ink blue hair with a pair of blue gloves donned with a blinging ring.
Abby Elliott

'The Bear' actress wore a gorgeous, glimmering copper gown while showing off her baby bump.
Lily James

What a suiting color for the actress who portrayed Pamela Anderson in the Hulu limited series. We love how the gown hugs her figure yet offers so much depth with the trailing fabric.
Tyler James Williams

We love TJW's tye-dye/denim effect that his blue suit is giving us! Who knew he had it in him?
Jennifer Coolidge

The 'White Lotus' superstar looked like a siren in this black, glimmering gown. She paired the look with an Old Hollywood hairstyle, and it really wraps the look together.
Janelle James

All the 'Abbott Elementary' women looked so classy and beautiful at the red carpet. Janelle looked incredible in this form-fitting gown.
Quinta Brunson

Quinta's black and pink mermaid gown is cute and sparky, just like her.
Felicitas Rombold and Daniel Brühl

Brühl's wife Felicitas totally outshone him in this gorgeous white gown. The train of her dress offsets the dainty and sexy corset top.
Sheryl Lee Ralph

Sheryl Lee Ralph does not come to play! She has been slaying the red carpet game and at the Golden Globes, she paired her indigo-chained dress with long, sleek locks.
Letitia Wright

We are loving how the 'Wakanda Forever' actress' dress is like a piece of abstract art!
Bailey Bass

The 'Avatar' actress looked like a princess in this soft, champagne-colored gown. She really let her youth shine through.
Natasha Lyonne

We are so shocked at this elegant version of Natasha, when we are so used to her chaotic 'Russian Doll' character. We are LIVING for these rings over her gloves!
Heidi Klum

Heidi looks as though she won a pageant, but took things to a high-fashion level when her "sash" is an ombre-purple feather boa.
Billy Porter

Just when we think Billy Porter can't outdo himself, he outdoes himself. We love how unique this velvet, raspberry-colored suit-train lays on the red carpet!
Donald Glover

Glover brought his most dapper Hugh Hefner energy with this all-white lux robe style with a blazer thrown on top.
Michelle Williams

We cannot resist a whimsical organza gown like this one. Wearable art is so fun!
Nicole Byer

The messy updo pairs really well with this sparkling black gown Nicole Byer wore to the Golden Globes
Julia Garner

The 'Ozark' actress' short, sleek platinum hair takes her pretty in punk gown next-level.
Niecy Nash

Niecy Nash knows how to rock those regal colors, showing up in this gorgeous crystal-encrusted gown paired with a cloud-like cape.
Barry Keoghan

We need all men to take notes from the 'Banshees of Inisherin' actor -- seriously. This pale, steely colored suit is really pleasing to the eye and perfect for January. Paired with what is giving the effect of an ascot, and we have an amazing outfit.
Daisy Edgar-Jones

Though the 'Where The Crawdads Sing' actress looks like a deer in headlights, her gown captures a sexy, dark elegance.
Michelle Yeoh

The legend herself looks so young and fresh in this sparkling blue suit, she looks as if she's about to hit the stage to thousands of screaming fans.
Jeremy Pope

We are loving the punk elements sprinkled in with the classy Golden Globes. The 'Inspection' actor mixes both elements seamlessly. Now that is a serve!
Jessica Chastain

The ever-fashionable, ever-gorgeous actress wore this sexy, elegant caged crystal gown that was lined with a nude fabric.
