‘Bridgerton’ Season 3 – Official Release Date Announced
Are you ready to find out the latest happenings in the ton? You aren’t alone! But now we have an official release date for Bridgerton season 3.
Netflix’s “Bridgerton”
While I was late to the party when it came to watching the Netflix show, I was instantly hooked. I fell in love with the characters and couldn’t get enough of the storyline. I’m pretty sure I binged the first season within a week. And though that sounds like a while, I did have other things I had to do during that time too!
I was overjoyed when season 2 was finally released. I love the fact that it follows a different character each season, but still all ties together. The drama, the emotions, and the suspense of finding out who Lady Whistledown was kept me coming back for more.
Bridgerton is a show that I was definitely sad when the season would come to an end. It goes by so quickly. Honestly, I might have to go back and re-watch the first two seasons to get ready for season 3!
Bridgerton Season 3
And thankfully, I now know when I need to be ready for Bridgerton season 3! According to Variety, the third season will be coming in 2024. And this season will come in two parts. The first FOUR episodes will debut on Netflix on May 16. And the next four will land just about a month later on June 13. Just eight total episodes? I’ll easily blow through that. I might have to just wait til June 13th to binge watch them all.
That means, if you haven’t seen any of the show yet, you have plenty of time to catch up. Or if you’re like me, you just want to refresh you memory on where the story line left off.

Other Netflix Shows
I’ve got some other shows that I’ve been binging on Netflix for a while. The most recent was Wentworth which was similar to Orange Is The New Black in my opinion. I just finished the 8 seasons, and honestly, I liked it more than OITNB. There were similarities in some of the storyline, but Wentworth I felt had more depth and variety.
Another show I started not too long ago was Sex Education. There’s a fairly new season of it that has been released, so now that I’m done with Wentworth, that’s what I’m watching now. I did like the way they did a recap so I didn’t struggle too much to remember where it left off.
That’s my biggest issue with HUGE gaps of times between seasons. I have the worst memory, so I’m always trying to remember where the story left off. And most of the time, I don’t want to go back and re-watch episodes. Mainly because of time constrains.
And I think there are still some episodes of Virgin River that I’ve got to catch up on too! I’ve got some time off over the holidays, so it looks like I’ll have some time to do some binge watching.
