Local Breakfast Spot is Coming Soon to Thomson in Hopes to fit in With Downtown
The CSRA continues to bring in new food spots and this one is all about the most important meal of the day. Coming soon to Thomson, GA is Emma’s Breakfast Cafe. It will be located in the former spot of Highrail, which is located on Main Street. Mark Herbert purchased Highrail from the previous owners Ken and Lisa Sweet, and decided to reopen it as a community breakfast spot.
The name of the restaurant has a special meaning, as it was named after Herberts grandmother and granddaughter.
The hours of this new location will be Monday through Saturday 6 to 11am. They will only serve breakfast.
Inside of Emma’s Breakfast Cafe, will also be a coffee and pastry bar. The pastries will be made by Bordeaux Steak & Seafood pastry chef. Which is also owned by Mark Herbert. The restaurant will be able to fit between 100 and 150 customers.
The new breakfast spot is also currently hiring. They are hiring for general managers, line cooks, servers, and hostess. They are currently offering Walkin interviews.
