GOOD VIBES: Augusta Food Blogger Gives Back To Golden Harvest Food Bank

Scott Russell is a local food blogger, whose Instagram account, @6bitesin, is dedicated to reviewing local restaurants in the C.S.R.A.
Earlier this year, as local businesses were suffering due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Scott decided to use his popular blog to give back to the community. He joined Showpony’s We Give A Shirt campaign, which raised money for local businesses by selling custom-designed t-shirts.
For every shirt sold, Showpony donated $10 dollars to a local business. Scott’s 6 Bites In shirts sold 108 units – and he donated all $1080 dollars of the proceeds to Golden Harvest Food Bank.
