I’ve learned over the past few years that being back in the dating scene can be rough.  Picking that location to go on your first date is so stressful. You don’t know each other that well, and you both say it doesn’t matter, I can eat anything.  So we went to the pros, you!  Voted By You-The Top 6 First Date Restaurants In Augusta/Aiken.

We have so many great locations to pick for a first date, so really there are no wrong answers. It’s really up to what makes you both comfortable.  If it’s McDonald’s or the best steak house in town, it really is about the date and getting to know each other.

We have the date planned now.  Here are some facts about first dates.

When it comes to the first date, we do have a lot of great locations to go on a first date.  From the high-end to most casual restaurants.  Here are some of the places that didn’t make the countdown, but are really good first-date locations.

• #6-Rhinehart's Oyster Bar

  With two locations in Augusta, The slug line alone says it best.  “Beyond Casual”  The food is amazing, the environment is very relaxing and you have so many food options.

• #5-Applebee's

  Applebee’s comes in at #5.  A place that doesn’t get the attention it deserves.  So a first date at Applebee’s would be perfect.  So much Variety in food, a full bar and a very relaxed place to talk

• #4-Waffle House

  Now I can get behind this idea. If you are going for a very low key first date and a fancy restaurant may not be for you. The Waffle House is perfect. Maybe your first date is a late night or after work date. Not just for a first date, But you can never go wrong with The Waffle House at any time.

• #3-Olive Garden

  This is a favorite of most all the date, but a first date could really do great here.  It is a very laid back restaurant with really good food and wine.  Just don’t over do it on the breadsticks on the first date.
  

• #2-Logan's Roadhouse

  So Logan’s Roadhouse came in strong on the list of best places for a first date.  The food is always good, they have a great bar and in some locations, live music at night.  So if steak is on the mind for the first date, Here ya go!

• #1-Texas Roadhouse

  And voted by you as the #1 place for the best first date is Texas Roadhouse.  This place is so much fun to go to even it it’s not a first date.  Great first date location, food is great, the vibe is fun, full bar and, THE ROLLS.
